HSBC is currently seeking extraordinary Customer Consultants – to be based in our Queen Street Branch. As a Customer Consultant you will provide exceptional service to our high net worth clients, proactively identify products and services to meet their needs and work closely with these clients to ensure that HSBC is, and continues to be their bank of choice.

To be successful in this role you will need to have had solid experience (2 years+) in the New Zealand financial services industry, an undoubted passion for sales and service, lending experience preferably in the New Zealand market and a proven drive to meet business goals. You will be required to quickly and accurately identify your customer’s needs and provide them with appropriate and innovative financial solutions.

Superior English written and verbal language skills are a must to be successful in this role. Mandarin and Cantonese language skills are also desirable but not essential.
